Chauncey, wonderful insight and description of beauty and form, brought to life by an amazing array of international women! I must say, your blog has given me a new perspective of design and how it is created and used in our daily lives. I found myself looking for/at the collaboration of textiles, furniture and fashion while window shopping recently in Paris. The incorporation of the design styles of the 50's and 60's juxtaposed with the vintage clothing of more recent eras was a joy to stumble upon and see with a more informed eye, during my walks along the labyrinths of rues and boulevards.

Thank you for this site and allowing us to tag along on your fabulous journey of discovery:-)

Keep up the good work - Pam

Hi - nice write up. I am the PR for Few and Far and Iittala [Skandium]. Glad you enjoyed meeting Priscilla Carluccio, she is wonderful. Were you given a knitting kit courtesy of Iittala when you were in Skandium? If not, I can send you one. All best - Jodi
